We couldn't wait to grow up.

Lollipops turn into cigarettes.
Homework goes into the trash.
Mobile phones are being used in class.
Detention becomes suspension.
Soda becomes vodka.
Bikes become cars.
Kisses turn into sex.
Remember when getting high meant swinging on the playground?
When protection meant wearing a helmet?
When the worst things you could get from boys were cooties?
Race issues were about who ran the fastest.
War was only a card game.
The only drug you knew was cough medicine.
Wearing a skirt didn’t make you a slut.
The only things that hurt you were skinned knees.
And goodbyes only meant until tomorrow?

Her existence is like a sticky note

People tear it off when they want to use it and throw it away when they finish using it, but when you become used to her and can’t find her one day. You will discover that this paper is really important.

The Body and the Heart

One day, the Body asked the Heart, When I’m hurt the doctor heals it, but if you’re hurt then who will heal you? Then the Heart said, I have to heal by myself. The Body then asked is it because of that whenever someone is hurt they have their own special way of healing it? Whether it be drinking, smoking, singing, releasing anger, laughing, crying, or the worst thing, just ignoring that pain? The Body then asked the Heart, What is your special way of healing? The Heart said, I don’t know yet, but I want to find it soon because I’m in so much pain.

Stranger Part.2

Before the mirror I ask a question of myself, “Is this me? Is it possible that this horrible, pathetic person, is myself?” There’s someone residing within and I don’t know which one is my true face anymore.

Stranger

Within the mirror I put on another mask. That part of me I hate the most, able to think about all his worthlessness. That stranger inside of myself who I have come to hide. Sometimes, that person appears, and before I know it he manipulates me

"Lights" does NOT mean safer. it refers to taste. "Lights" won't help you quit smoking.

They have this label on cigarette boxes that are "Light" flavored. Do people really think "Light" flavored cigarettes are safer and will help them quit? I'm thinking it must be the younger smokers who think that.

Silly kids cigarettes are for ages 18+.

口裂け女 (Slit-Mouth Woman)

One of my favorite stories of Japanese Mythology is about the Slit-Mouth Woman. So the story behind this is about a beautiful woman who was married to a samurai, but she was secretly cheating on him with another man. When the samurai found out about it, he slit her mouth from ear to ear. There have been many adaptions to this story as years passed. The modern tale of the Slit-Mouth woman now is a woman who walks around at night wearing a surgical mask. They say that she usually targets children or college students. She approaches them and asks, "Am I Beautiful?". If the person answers "Yes", she removes her mask and then asks, "Even Like This?". From here if the person answers "No", she cuts their mouth to make it look like hers. If the person answers "Yes" a second time, she follows them home and then kills them. Apparently the only way to avoid her from killing you is to tell her that she looks "So-so". (That's just ridiculous!) Anyways there are a lot of movie adaptions of this Urban Legend that you should check out. They are all really good.

I need to get out of this SHITHOLE! (Again!)

I've...
Been on Maui for too long dammit. I wish i was still in Oahu. Compared to Maui, Oahu actually has a lot more things to do, even at night. Every weekend I ask myself: "What can I do today?". First thing that usually comes to mind is the mall... Unfortunately that is one of the worse ideas ever. :x The only thing I don't mind doing is going to the beach, but I try not to go too much or ill be super dark haha. If you saw a beach like this though, you would go as much as you could.
